The meeting is set down to commence at 11.30 AM sharp, in the Bass Room.
It will be followed by an optional finger food lunch starting at Noon, in the Bass Room.
Please indicate with your RSVP if you intend to join us for lunch for catering purposes.
(Cost for lunch is payable at entry to the meeting $10)
